Julia has lived in Terre Haute since 1974. She was a high school teacher in the Philippines and in Terre Haute she changed her passion to engage in Nursing advancing her knowledge from being a RN obtaining her BSN degree at ISU then her MSN in Primary care at Indiana Wesleyan University. Julia is passionate giving direct care to patients. She worked as a nurse practitioner in the GI Department for several years then she transferred to Union Hospital Center for Occupational Health in 2016. She enjoys the varied nature of her job from taking care of employee health , injuries and certifying Commercial Truck Drivers.
