Dr. Houston is a native of north Terre Haute. She completed medical school at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Missouri. She then completed her family medicine residency at Carle BroMenn Medical Center in Normal, Illinois. She chose to return to her hometown to start her practice. She is board certified in Family Medicine. She chose this field so she could see patients of all ages and have continuity with each and every patient. She is passionate about women’s health and underserved medicine. She loves educating students and residents and is involved with teaching the family medicine residents at Union Health. Her hobbies include traveling, reading, yoga, and crochet.
