Biography

Dr. Andreasen completed his family practice residency program through Union Hospital in 1986. He has been practicing in Terre Haute since. First with Northside Family Medicine and then joining the AP&S clinic which is now Union Medical Group. He has been Medical Director of Population Health since 2018.
