Biography

Sarah Kachman has been a resident of Terre Haute for 17 years. She attended Indiana State University where she graduated from their Bachelor in Science of Nursing program. She started working at Union hospital as a student nurse during her time at ISU and has worked her entire nursing and nurse practitioner career with Union Health. She has always had a passion for treating cardiac patients, working in the cardiac step down unit and then hiring on as a nurse practitioner with Union Medical Group Cardiology in 2015. She treats adults with cardiac problems including coronary artery disease, cardiac arrhythmias, vascular disease, strokes, hypertension, and high cholesterol. She has a special interest in treating patients with heart failure. She enjoys helping train future healthcare providers and precepts both nurse practitioner and physician assistant students.
