Exciting news to share when it comes to diabetes care at Union Health.

The Diabetes Clinic, including Stephanie Arnold, NP and Emily Gauer, PA, along with the Diabetes Education and Outpatient Nutrition will soon be transitioning to a new location at Poplar Medical Center (formerly the Eye Center), located at 422 Poplar Street in Terre Haute. This move allows for a more streamlined approach to diabetes care.

The Diabetes Clinic, currently located in the Medical Office Building, will begin seeing patients at the Poplar Medical Center on March 17, 2025.

The Diabetes Education and Outpatient Nutrition team, currently located in the Professional Office Building, Suite 503, will continue their current patient schedule beginning March 24, 2024.

Medical records will be retained by Union Health and seamlessly accessible during the transition to the Poplar Medical Center location.
