Rachel Crunk resides outside of Chrisman, IL with her husband and 2 children. She enjoys gardening, swimming, yoga, and spending time with her children. She completed training at Southern Illinois University - Carbondale and completed clinicals at Sarah Bush Lincoln in Mattoon, IL. She has worked in hospital medicine at Union Clinton and Terre Haute since graduating the PA Program at SIU-C in 2015.
