The Anticoagulation Clinic at Union Hospital is run by experienced clinical pharmacists trained in Coumadin (warfarin) management.

  • Point of Care INR (blood test used for monitoring) testing using the finger-stick method, providing results in minutes
  • Dose adjustments
  • Blood pressure and heart rate are monitored on each visit.
