CrossFit is an evidence-based fitness program. We define fitness as increased work capacity across broad time and modal domains. Capacity is the ability to do real work, which should be measurable. Our workouts are designed to maximize this broad, inclusive fitness.
Reformer Pilates
Pilates is a discipline developed in the early 1900s by Joseph H. Pilates. The various Pilates exercises can be done on a mat or specially designed equipment. Pilates focuses on strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, coordination, balance, and good posture while giving the participant a lower impact workout.
Senior Classes
Senior Circuit
Senior Circuit is an "adult" fitness class that is geared towards the senior population. Meaning low impact, modified exercises, and slower pacing.
Silver Sneakers
Silver Sneakers is for Silver Sneakers members and Senior members. Specific equipment is provided by the insurance company that houses Silver Sneakers. Chairs, bands, and balls are used.
