Required Applicant Qualifications
- Eligible for employment in the United States
- Graduate of an ACPE accredited School/College of Pharmacy
- Adhere to the rules of the ASHP Residency Matching program
- Completion of application packet in PhORCAS TM
- Successful completion of initial employee health screen which includes required immunizations and drug screen (Covid-19 vaccination policy available upon request).
Application packet must be completed in PhORCAS TM by January 4, 2025
Packet contents include:
- Completed application form
- Letter of Intent
- Curriculum Vitae
- Three letters of Recommendation
- Official transcripts from accredited School/College of Pharmacy
Assessment of Residency Applicants
Candidates will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
- Completion of all required PhORCAS TM materials
- Review of scholastic achievements
- Pharmacy-related work experience
- Organizational (national and local) involvement
- Community/volunteer involvement
- Assessment of formal interview
